Composite insulating layer construction method
The invention provides a composite insulating layer construction method, and belongs to the field of building construction. The method particularly comprises the following steps of 1) manufacturing anouter plate; 2) manufacturing a fixing device; 3) manufacturing an asbestos-foamed polyurethane outer plate; 4) pouring on site; 5) sealing seams. A hook connecting rod is used, and the outer plate is fixed to a wall body on the premise that the wall body is not broken. During on-site construction, polyurethane is poured into a cavity formed by the fixed outer plate and the wall body in a stackedmode, and a compression force brought by foaming deformation of the poured polyurethane is borne by flexible foam polyurethane of the asbestos-foamed polyurethane outer plate. In the constructed insulating layer, the polyurethane is separated by asbestos, and the fireproof capacity of the insulating layer is improved. The adopted outer plate is light and thin, selectable materials are rich, the wall body is not damaged in the construction process, construction is convenient, and the national fireproof requirement is met.
本发明提供一种复合保温层施工方法,属于建筑施工领域,具体的,通过以下步骤步骤进行:1)制作外板;2)制作固定装置;3)制作石棉‑发泡聚氨酯外板;4)现场浇注;5)封缝。本发明使用挂钩连接杆,在不破墙体的前题下,将外板固定在墙体上。现场施工时,向固定的外板和墙体形成的空腔层叠浇注聚氨酯,浇注的聚氨酯发泡形变带来的压迫力,由石棉‑发泡聚氨酯外板的软泡聚氨酯承担。施工后的保温层中,聚氨酯被石棉隔开,提高保温层防火能力。本发明采用的外板轻薄,可选材料丰富,施工过程不破坏墙体,施工方便,复合国家防火要求。
