A fireproof and anti-corrosion coating comprises, by weight, 12-30 parts of water-based resin, 10-18 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 15-25 parts of a flame retardant, 5-7 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1-3 parts of a leveling agent, 0.6-1.2 parts of an auxiliary, 8-20 parts of inorganic filler, 1-5 parts of a film-forming agent and 20-40 parts of deionized water. According to the fireproof and anti-corrosion method, the defects in the prior art are overcome, fireproof and anti-corrosion treatment is carried out on the ventilating skylight, the service life of the ventilating skylight is prolonged, the maintenance frequency is reduced, and the workload is reduced.
