The invention discloses an automatic door and a breeding house. The automatic door comprises a door body, an elastic tension element, a spring lock assembly and an intelligent trolley, wherein the door body is provided with a spring bolt and is rotationally connected with the breeding house; the elastic tension element is connected with the door body; the spring lock assembly is provided with a handle, a connecting rope and a lock ring; the handle is rotationally connected with the breeding house; the handle is positioned above the spring bolt; the connecting rope is connected with the handleand the lock ring; the lock ring is positioned under the connecting rope; when the lock ring is in a first preset position, the elastic tension element can pull the door body to rotate in the openingdirection; when the door body is in a second preset position, the lock ring can tightly press the spring bolt; and the intelligent trolley can push the door body to rotate in the closing direction. Inthe use process, the connecting rope is in a plumb bob state under the gravity effect of the lock ring; the handle is rotated, so that the handle drives the lock ring to move to the first preset position through the connecting rope; the elastic tension element pulls the door body to be automatically opened; when the door body is closed, the intelligent trolley pushes the door body to be automatically closed; further, the repeated work of workers is reduced; the labor and physical power consumption is reduced; the work efficiency of a culture factory is improved.
