The invention relates to a highway minor repair maintenance management system and method, and relates to the technical field of road maintenance. The system comprises an information acquisition moduleused for acquiring use condition information of a highway pavement and use condition information of a road structure; a positioning module which is connected to the information acquisition module andis used for acquiring position information of a damaged highway pavement and/or a damaged road structure; an information processing module which is connected to the information acquisition module andthe positioning module and is used for receiving and processing the use condition information of the road surface and judging whether maintenance work needs to be carried out on the received road surface information; a scheduling module which is connected to the information processing module and is used for sending equipment scheduling instruction information so as to maintain the damaged pavement and/or pavement structure; and a feedback module which is connected to the information processing module and used for feeding back the maintenance result of the pavement. The system has the effect of improving the management efficiency of road and structure maintenance work.
