Compared with natural aggregate, the surface of the recycled aggregate is coated with a considerable amount of hardened cement mortar, so that the recycled aggregate has higher porosity, and certainly, the water absorption of the recycled aggregate is higher. Through powder coating treatment on the recycled coarse aggregate, the problems of low density, high porosity, high water absorption, rough surface, microcracks and the like of the recycled coarse aggregate are solved. Therefore, the interface between set cement and coarse aggregate in the concrete is more compact, the bonding strength is greatly improved, and the physical property and durability of the recycled concrete are ensured.
本发明所述的是一种外裹粉末的再生粗骨料及其制备方法，属于建筑材料技术领域，包括：再生粗骨料，再生粗骨料表面的包裹的一层胶粘剂，在胶粘剂外面包裹的粉末。与天然骨料相比，再生骨料表面还包裹着相当数量的硬化水泥砂浆，从而导致再生骨料具有较高的孔隙率，当然也引起再生骨料的吸水性比较高。通过对再生粗骨料的裹粉处理，解决了再生粗骨料密度低、孔隙率大、吸水率高、表面粗糙、存在微裂纹等问题。从而使混凝土中水泥石和粗骨料之间的界面更加密实，结合强度大大增加，保证再生混凝土的物理性能和耐久性能。
