The embodiment of the invention discloses a magnetic levitation bearing rail beam assembly, a magnetic levitation line and a construction method, the magnetic levitation bearing rail beam assembly comprises a bearing rail beam, a vertical adjusting device, a transverse adjusting device and a mounting base, the mounting base is provided with a cavity, and the bottom end of the bearing rail beam islocated in the cavity; the vertical adjusting device can drive the rail bearing beam to move in the vertical direction relative to the mounting base, and the transverse adjusting device can drive therail bearing beam to move in the horizontal direction relative to the mounting base. The cavity can bear concrete slurry so that at least one part of the transverse adjusting device, at least one partof the vertical adjusting device and the bottom end of the rail bearing beam can be poured into concrete. According to the magnetic levitation rail bearing beam assembly, the mounting precision of the rail bearing beam is improved, batch manufacturing is facilitated, the workload and the construction cost in the construction process are reduced, and the operation time is saved.
