The invention provides a construction method of a overpass passage upper structure prefabricated section, which is characterized in that a bridge floor is constructed in blocks, a prefabricated bridgefloor structure is partially adopted, a cast-in-place bridge floor structure is partially adopted, and the construction method comprises the following steps of: measuring, setting out and positioningthe mounting position of an overpass upright post; hoisting the overpass upright post to an installation position for paying off and positioning the overpass upright post, and constructing a bent cap; erecting a scaffold, and carrying out concrete pouring operation in the overpass upright post; hoisting a prefabricated bridge deck to a mounting position on the overpass upright post, and reservingand constructing an expansion joint of the prefabricated bridge deck; binding and supporting the prefabricated bridge deck and a retaining wall, and performing concrete pouring operation on the cast-in-place bridge deck and the retaining wall; maintaining concrete poured on the cast-in-place bridge deck and the retaining wall, constructing a waterproof layer on the top of the cast-in-place bridgedeck, and laying an asphalt pavement. According to the method, the construction principles of segmental and partitioned hoisting and integral unloading in different sections and different areas are adopted.
