The invention relates to a concrete pipe pile construction and installation process. A concrete pipe pile construction device comprises a guide device, a connecting rod, a first inner supporting device, an upper-layer alignment device, a lower-layer alignment device and a second inner supporting device; the lower end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the first inner supporting device, and the lower end face of the first inner supporting device is fixedly connected with the upper-layer alignment device; and a lower-layer alignment device is arranged below the upper-layer alignmentdevice and fixedly connected to the upper end face of the second inner supporting device. The concrete pipe pile construction and installation process can solve the possible defects of an existing pile splicing mode that a, a to-be-spliced concrete pipe pile is vertically hoisted through a hoisting machine, the side wall of the pipe pile is dragged through a steel wire rope, perpendicularity is repeatedly corrected through a gradienter, operation is tedious, specialty is high, the pile splicing difficulty is increased, and the pile splicing efficiency is reduced; and b, when the deviation ofthe axes of the front pipe pile and the rear pipe pile is large, correction time consumption is long, rapid alignment cannot be achieved, and the pile splicing efficiency is low.
本发明涉及一种混凝土管桩施工安装工艺,包括导向装置、连接杆、第一内撑装置、上层对位装置、下层对位装置和第二内撑装置,所述的连接杆的下端固定连接有第一内撑装置,第一内撑装置的下端面固定连接有上层对位装置,上层对位装置的下方设置有下层对位装置,下层对位装置固定连接在第二内撑装置的上端面上。本发明可以解决现有的接桩方式可能会存在的以下弊端:a.通过吊装机械将待接入的混凝土管桩竖直吊起,利用钢丝绳对管桩的侧壁进行牵引,并借用水平仪进行反复校正垂直度,操作繁琐,专业性强,增大了接桩的难度,降低了接桩效率;b.当前后两根管桩的轴线偏差较大时,校正时耗较长,无法快速对位,导致接桩效率低下。
