The invention discloses a novel photovoltaic support foundation installation structure and installation method, and belongs to the field of photovoltaic technology. The installation structure comprises a base assembly, a protective plate assembly and a protective net assembly, wherein the base assembly comprises a base body, and the bottom surface of the base body is circumferentially, equidistantly and vertically provided with abutting rods in an inserted manner; the protective plate assembly comprises a guide rod, the outer wall of the guide rod is movably provided with a movable pressing ring in a sleeved mode, and the top of the movable pressing ring is connected with a linkage support; and the protective net assembly is arranged below the guide rod. When air passes through a hollow pipe, the air enters an air guide pipe through an air inlet, part of air flow drives air exhaust blades to rotate, part of air flow is exhausted along an air outlet channel, and the air exhaust blades rotate to exhaust air in an inner protective cover, so that the air pressure in the inner protective cover is smaller than that of the external environment; and therefore, the sandy soil at the periphery of the installation structure gets close to the installation structure, the problem of structural looseness caused by sandy soil loss is avoided, the long-term stability of a photovoltaic support after installation is improved, and the subsequent maintenance cost is reduced.
