Excavator remote control simulation cabin and remote control system
The invention discloses an excavator remote control simulation cabin and a remote control system. The excavator remote control simulation cabin comprises a cabin body, wherein a driver seat, an operating handle and a control panel arranged in a simulation excavator cab in the cabin body, a display screen arranged on the inner side of a front windshield, a storage battery cabinet, an electric appliance cabinet and a host display arranged in the cabin body, a communication transmission device arranged in the electric appliance cabinet, antennas are mounted outside the cabin body, a fixed cameraand a tripod camera are installed on an excavator, all the cameras send shot images to the simulation cabin through network communication and display the images on different display screens, an operation handle and a control panel in the simulation cabin are connected with a signal acquisition module, operation of a driver is converted into a control signal which is sent to a controller of the excavator through network communication. According to the excavator remote control simulation cabin, the operation control mode is kept consistent with that of the excavator cab, seamless interaction with the operation feeling of a vehicle-mounted cab is achieved, the working intensity of operators can be reduced to the maximum extent, and the personal safety of the operators is guaranteed under dangerous and severe working conditions.
