According to the building energy-saving floor slab machining and reinforcing device, the first floor slab body, the second floor slab body, the bolts, the mounting grooves, the mounting convex blocks, the sleeves, adhesion glue, rubber pads, fixing plates, nuts and a reinforcing mechanism are arranged to jointly construct the building energy-saving floor slab machining and reinforcing device, the two fixing plates are fastened through thebolts and the nuts firstly, and at the moment, the joint of the first floor slab body and the second floor slab body can be reinforced; and through height adjustment of a first electric push rod, a supporting plate can be pushed to move upwards, thus a floor slab can be supported, and the stability of the reinforcing position is improved.
