The invention provides a reinforcing method and a reinforcing structure of a prefabricated floor slab, which are used for reinforcing the intersection position of the prefabricated floor slab and an original lintel, and relates to the technical field of building construction, the reinforcing method of the prefabricated floor slab comprises the following steps: arranging at least two first connecting pieces on the prefabricated floor slab, the two first connecting pieces are located on the two sides of the original lintel correspondingly and vertically penetrate to the lower portion of the prefabricated floor correspondingly; at least one second connecting piece is arranged on the original lintel, and the two ends of the second connecting piece transversely penetrate through the original lintel and extend out of the side wall of the original lintel; and a concrete bracket is poured at the position where the bottom face of the prefabricated floor slab intersects with the side wall face of the original lintel, and the concrete bracket, the bottom face of the prefabricated floor slab, the side wall face of the original lintel, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected into a whole.
