The invention discloses a building outer frame structure with adjustable extension length. The frame comprises a fixed window frame connected with a wall body; the fixed window frame is made of an aluminum alloy material; the building outer frame structure also comprises a movable window frame arranged at the periphery of the fixed window frame; the movable window frame is made of a light aluminumplastic material; the movable window frame can slide along the fixed window frame; a water retaining strip is arranged on the outer wall of the fixed window frame; and the water retaining strip is arranged along the periphery of the fixed window frame. The left side of the fixed window frame is poured into the wall body during installation, during pouring, the water retaining strip is located atthe outer side of the wall body, and when tiles are pasted or an outer wall is painted, the water retaining strip is covered with cement mortar. According to the building outer frame structure with the adjustable extension length, the fixed window frame and the movable window frame are matched, and when clothes need to be aired, a clothes airing rod can be installed at the inner top of the movablewindow frame, the movable window frame retracts to facilitate hanging of the clothes, after hanging is completed, the movable window frame is pushed outwards, and a sunshine area can be increased.
