The invention relates to a stiff framework and a construction method for a bridge tower column by using the stiff framework , the stiff framework is used for assisting the construction of the bridge tower column, the stiff framework comprises a framework body and a plurality of support brackets, the plurality of support brackets are used for being connected with embedded steel bars of a poured section of the tower column, and each support bracket is arranged along the circumferential direction of the poured section; the framework body is of an annular structure, and a binding space used for binding a steel bar framework of a to-be-poured section of the tower column is formed in the inner side of the framework body. The framework body comprises a plurality of layers of framework units whichare stacked and connected from top to bottom, and the bottommost layer of framework unit of the framework body is detachably connected to the support brackets through a plurality of fasteners. The stiff framework provided by the invention can ensure the stability of the tower column during height connection, and also can recycle steel, so that the cost is saved.
