Stiff skeleton for concrete tower column construction and construction method thereof
The invention provides a stiff skeleton for concrete tower column construction. The stiff skeleton comprises a bottom section, a middle section and a top section. Each stiff skeleton comprises a plane truss structure composed of stiff skeleton vertical rods, stiff skeleton inclined rods and stiff skeleton horizontal rods, a space truss structure is formed by connecting stiff skeleton parallel connection components and stiff skeleton horizontal inclined struts, and stiff skeleton vertical inclined struts are arranged between the stiff skeleton vertical rods and the stiff skeleton parallel connection components of the stiff skeletons. A stiff skeleton horizontal inclined strut is arranged between the stiff skeleton horizontal rod and the stiff skeleton parallel connection component of each stiff skeleton; and the stiff skeleton vertical rods of the middle section stiff skeleton are connected through filling plates. According to the construction method, a traditional cast-in-place support construction method is replaced by the stiff framework, the steel consumption of a temporary structure is reduced, the adaptability to surrounding geology and environmental conditions is improved, the application range of the linear tower column with the complex space is widened, and meanwhile the anti-seismic property of the tower column after a bridge is formed is improved.
本发明创造提供了一种混凝土塔柱施工用劲性骨架,包括底节、中间节段、顶节三部分劲性骨架;劲性骨架包括劲性骨架竖杆、劲性骨架斜杆和劲性骨架水平杆构成的平面桁架结构,并由劲性骨架平联构件及劲性骨架水平斜撑连接成空间桁架结构,并在各劲性骨架的劲性骨架竖杆与劲性骨架平联构件间设有劲性骨架竖向斜撑,各劲性骨架的劲性骨架水平杆与劲性骨架平联构件间设有劲性骨架水平斜撑;中间节段劲性骨架的劲性骨架竖杆通过填板连接。本发明施工方法通过劲性骨架代替了传统现浇支架施工方法,节省了临时结构用钢量,提高了对周边地质及环境条件的适应性,扩大了空间复杂线形塔柱的适用范围,同时提高塔柱成桥后的抗震性能。
