Side slope deluge ditch treatment structure and construction method
The invention relates to a side slope deluge ditch treatment structure. The structure comprises a side slope, a deluge ditch, a cutting, pressing and excavating device, a shaped temporary support, a shaped elevation control scraper, a slag falling platform and a cement paste reinforcing body. A deluge ditch of a side slope is excavated to form a step through the cutting, pressing and excavating device, and the cutting, pressing and excavating device comprises a welded steel plate and a lateral cutting pressing steel plate. The shaped temporary support is arranged at the step, the lower portionof the shaped temporary support is fixed to a side slope soil body through soil nails, and the shaped temporary support is provided with a soil baffle to fix a step vertical soil body. Backfill soilis laid on the step, the height of the backfill soil is controlled through the shaped elevation control scraper, a pressure-bearing steel plate is arranged on the side slope ground, and a guide frameis arranged on the upper portion of the pressure-bearing steel plate. The structure has the advantages that the step is formed through excavation of the cutting, pressing and excavating device, the step is temporarily supported through the shaped temporary support, and the stability of the side slope in the deluge ditch treatment construction process is improved.
本发明涉及边坡雨淋沟处理结构，包括边坡、雨淋沟、切压开挖装置、定型化临时支架、定型化标高控制刮板、落渣平台和水泥浆加固体；边坡的雨淋沟通过切压开挖装置开挖形成台阶，切压开挖装置包括焊接钢板和侧向切压钢板；台阶处设有定型化临时支架，定型化临时支架下部通过土钉与边坡土体进行固定，定型化临时支架设置有挡土板对台阶竖向土体进行固定；台阶处铺设回填土，回填土的高度通过定型化标高控制刮板控制，在边坡地面上设置有承压钢板，在承压钢板上部设置有导向架。本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用切压开挖装置开挖形成台阶，采用定型化临时支架对台阶进行临时支护，提高雨淋沟处理施工过程中边坡的稳定性。
