The invention discloses a wet-mixed mortar adjusting plasticizer which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 9.20%-27.60% of a retarding component, 5.00%-15.00% of an air entraining component, 0.10%-0.30% of a water retention component, 0.10%-0.30% of a tackifying component, 0.10%-0.30% of an anti-corrosion component and 56.30%-85.00% of water. After the adjusting plasticizeris doped into wet-mixed mortar, a mortar system with higher compactness, stronger bonding force and higher water retention rate can be obtained, and the hydration speed can be reasonably adjusted, sothat the wet-mixed mortar meets the construction requirements within a specified time range.
