The invention discloses a wet-mixed mortar plasticizer, and relates to the technical field of mortar plasticizers, and the wet-mixed mortar plasticizer comprises the following raw materials: a retarder, a water reducer, a water-retaining agent, an anti-cracking agent, a foam stabilizer, a reinforcing agent and an air entraining agent. According to the invention, the hydration reaction of the mortar is delayed through the retarder, so that the coagulation time of the mortar is prolonged, and the wet-mixed mortar keeps plasticity for a long time; the air entraining agent can improve the workability of the mortar; by adding the water reducing agent, the fluidity of the mortar is improved, when the water consumption and the water cement ratio are not changed, the concrete strength is not influenced while the concrete slump is increased, and by adding the reinforcing agent and the anti-cracking agent, the problems that the cement mortar is large in dry shrinkage deformation, poor in anti-permeability, crack resistance and freezing resistance and the like can be solved; the surface tension of a slurry liquid phase can be reduced through the foam stabilizer to stabilize bubbles, so that a fine and uniform porous structure is formed on the whole; the water-retaining agent is added to inhibit evaporation of water, so that the durability of the wet-mixed mortar is improved.
