Process for preparing high-strength ceramsite from solid waste
The invention discloses a process for preparing high-strength ceramsite from solid waste. The process comprises the following steps: 1, pre-processing the solid waste to obtain dry powdery materials,and respectively storing the dry powdery materials; 2, metering and blending the dry powdery materials, auxiliary materials, additives and water, and preparing a batch; 3, mixing and stirring the batch, rolling and homogenizing by an edge runner mill, and feeding into an aging warehouse for aging to obtain a mixture; 4, stirring and granulating the mixture to obtain ceramsite raw material balls; and 5, feeding the ceramsite raw material balls into a rotary roasting kiln for preheating and roasting to obtain homogeneous porous ceramsite, and cooling to obtain the high-strength ceramsite. Solidwaste is pre-processed and proportioned and then sequentially stirred, rolled, homogenized and aged, the mixing uniformity of all components is improved, a rotary roasting kiln is adopted for uniformpreheating and roasting to form a sintering phase, the homogeneous porous performance of the ceramsite is improved, the high-strength ceramsite meeting the standard requirement is obtained, and comprehensive utilization of solid waste is realized.
本发明公开了一种利用固体废弃物制备高强陶粒的工艺,该工艺包括:一、将固体废弃物预处理后得到干粉状物料并分别储存;二、将干粉状物料与辅料、添加剂与水计量配料,准备配合料;三、将配合料混合搅拌后经轮碾机碾压均化,再送入陈化库中陈化得到混合料;四、将混合料进行搅拌和造粒得到陶粒生料球;五、将陶粒生料球送入回转焙烧窑进行预热焙烧得到均质多孔性陶粒,冷却后得到高强陶粒。本发明将固体废弃物预处理并配料后依次进行搅拌、碾压均化和陈化,提高了各组分物料的混合均匀性,结合采用回转焙烧窑进行均匀预热和焙烧形成烧结相,提高了陶粒的均质多孔性能,得到满足标准要求的高强陶粒,实现了固体废弃物综合利用。
