The invention discloses a process and system for preparing ceramsite from solid waste and hazardous waste, and the process comprises the following steps: metering general solid waste, hazardous waste and other raw materials according to a ratio, mixing and granulating to obtain ceramsite raw material balls; the ceramsite raw material balls are firstly fed into a ceramsite drying machine to be dried; then feeding into a rotary kiln for high-temperature calcination, and cooling by a grate cooler to obtain a ceramsite product; kiln tail flue gas enters a secondary combustion chamber, and high-temperature tertiary air enters the secondary combustion chamber; combusted high-temperature waste heat flue gas enters a first heat exchanger and exchanges heat with low-temperature gas discharged from a low-temperature section of a grate cooler and/or natural cold air, the high-temperature gas subjected to heat exchange enters a ceramsite dryer, the low-temperature waste heat flue gas subjected to heat exchange enters a second heat exchanger and exchanges heat with natural cold air, and the flue gas subjected to heat exchange reaches the standard and is discharged after being treated. The secondary combustion chamber is arranged to burn out harmful substances in flue gas and improve the denitration temperature, kiln tail waste heat and kiln head waste heat are fully utilized through heat exchange, the temperature of the waste heat entering the ceramsite drying machine is adjusted, and the breakage rate of ceramsite raw pellets is reduced.
本发明公开了一种固废、危废制备陶粒的工艺及系统,步骤如下:将一般固废、危废和其他原料按比例计量后进行混料和造粒,得到陶粒生料球;陶粒生料球先送入陶粒烘干机烘干;之后送回转窑高温煅烧,再经篦冷机冷却,获得陶粒产品;窑尾烟气进二燃室,高温三次风进入二燃室;燃烧后的高温余热烟气进热交换器一,与篦冷机低温段排出的低温气体和/或自然冷风热交换,换热后高温气体进陶粒烘干机,换热后的低温余热烟气进热交换器二与自然冷风换热,换热之后烟气处理后达标排放。本发明设置二燃室将烟气中的有害物质烧掉并提高了脱硝温度,通过热交换将窑尾余热和窑头余热充分利用起来,并调节了进入陶粒烘干机的余热温度,降低了陶粒生料球的破损率。
