The invention discloses a self-resetting composite energy dissipation support utilizing gears to amplify displacement and pulleys to open inhaul cables. The self-resetting composite energy dissipationsupport is jointly composed of the gears, a sawtooth-shaped metal strip, the pulleys, the high-strength steel wire inhaul cables, viscoelastic dampers, buckling restrained braces and metal rubber energy dissipation devices; and under the action of a small earthquake, the small gears do not make contact with the sawtooth-shaped metal strip, the viscoelastic dampers play a role in energy consumption, under the action of a medium earthquake or a large earthquake, the small gears are meshed with the sawtooth-shaped metal strip to drive the gears and the pulleys to rotate, so that the high-strength steel wire inhaul cables are tensioned and applies tensile force to the high-strength steel wire inhaul cables, the high-strength steel wire inhaul cables play the same role as a prestressed tendon,therefore the purpose of self-resetting is achieved, the gears with different diameters are combined, displacement can be amplified, the high-strength steel wire inhaul cables bear larger tension, and the high-strength steel wire inhaul cables have high self-resetting capacity. The self-resetting composite energy dissipation support can achieve energy dissipation and seismic mitigation under earthquakes with different strengths and can achieve self-resetting under the conditions of medium and large earthquakes, and the safety of a main body structure is protected.
本发明公开了利用齿轮放大位移及滑轮开启拉索的自复位复合耗能支撑,由齿轮、锯齿形金属条、滑轮、高强钢丝拉索、粘弹性阻尼器、屈曲约束支撑以及金属橡胶耗能装置共同组成。在小震作用下,小齿轮与锯齿形金属条未接触,由粘弹性阻尼器发挥耗能作用。在中震或大震作用下,小齿轮与锯齿形金属条咬合,带动齿轮和滑轮发生转动,使高强钢丝拉索被拉紧并对其施加拉力,使高强钢丝拉索发挥与预应力筋相同的作用,从而实现自复位的目的。采用不同直径的齿轮进行组合,能够对位移进行放大,使高强钢丝拉索受到更大的拉力,使其具有较强的自复位能力。本发明装置能在不同强度的地震下耗能减震并能够在中、大震条件下自复位,保护主体结构安全。
