Construction method for integrally lifting mold
The invention provides a construction method for integrally lifting a mold. The construction method comprises the following steps: primarily assembling each formwork of a vertical component to form ahollow cavity in a surrounding manner so as to pour the bottom layer of the vertical component; fixing and combining a plurality of adjacent fixed formworks to form a combined formwork body; pouring concrete into the hollow cavity so as to pour the bottom layer of the vertical component; after the strength of the concrete is greater than a threshold value, detaching the spliced formworks, and detaching the spliced formworks and the combined formwork body; hoisting the combined formwork bodies one by one to a preset height, and respectively assembling two sides of each combined formwork body onto the spliced formworks corresponding to two sides of the combined formwork body; and hoisting and pouring layer by layer until pouring of the vertical component is completed. According to the construction method, the multiple fixed formworks of the vertical component are fixedly combined to form the combined formwork body, the combined formwork body is subsequently hoisted and assembled as a whole, the formwork assembling and disassembling speed is increased, and the formwork assembling and disassembling construction efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明提供了一种模具整体式提升的施工方法,该施工方法包括:将竖向构件的各个模板进行初次拼装,围设形成中空腔体,以进行竖向构件的底层浇筑;将若干个相邻固定模板之间固定,组合形成一个组合模板体;向中空腔体内浇筑混凝土,以进行竖向构件底层的浇筑;混凝土强度大于阈值后,将拼接模板之间、拼接模板和组合模板体之间拆离;对各组合模板体逐个进行吊装并吊装至预设高度,将各组合模板体的两侧分别拼装至该组合模板体两侧对应的拼接模板上;逐层吊装和浇筑直至完成竖向构件的浇筑。本发明通过将竖向构件的多个固定模板之间固定组合形成组合模板体,在后续作为整体进行吊装拼装,提升了模板安拆速度,有效提高模板安拆的施工效率。
