The invention discloses an integral lifting and mounting construction method for a cable crane, which comprises the following steps: assembling the cable crane into three integral components on the field ground, lifting the three integral components to a designed mounting position at one time by adopting an auxiliary lifting facility, fixing two of the integral components with a main cable, then mounting a middle component, and finally mounting the middle component on the main cable; and finally, the cable-loaded crane is installed. Most cable crane installation work is adjusted to field installation, one-time hoisting is achieved, field aerial work can be reduced to a great extent, the main line construction period is shortened, and safety risks are reduced.
本发明公开了一种缆载吊机整体提升安装施工方法，包括：将缆载吊机在现场地面上组拼为三个整体构件后，采用辅助提升设施将三个整体构件一次提升至设计安装位置，先将其中两个整体构件与主缆固定后，然后安装中间构件，最终实现缆载吊机安装。本发明将大部分缆载吊机安装工作调整至场内安装，一次吊装到位，可很大程度减少现场高空作业工作，节约主线工期，降低安全风险。
