System device for baking red bricks after returning to dried sludge by utilizing heat energy of sludge baking bricks
The invention discloses a system device for baking red bricks after returning to dried sludge by utilizing the heat energy of sludge baking bricks. The system device consists of a rotary drying furnace, a dewatered sludge conveying belt, a soil fire coal conveying belt, a mixer, a mixed material conveying belt, a brick extruding machine, an airing bracket, a brick baking annular kiln, a hot smokepipe and a sludge feeder, wherein sludge feeder is arranged on the middle and upper part of the outer sleeve at the left end of the rotary drying furnace; the dewatered sludge conveying belt is arranged at an outlet in the right side of the rotary drying furnace, and the soil fire coal conveying belt is additionally arranged; the mixer is connected with the soil fire coal conveying belt and the dewatered sludge conveying belt; one end of the mixed material conveying belt is connected with the mixer, and the other end of the mixed material conveying belt is connected with the brick extruding machine; the brick extruding machine is connected with the airing bracket; the airing bracket is connected with the brick baking annular kiln; and one end of the hot smoke pipe is connected with the brick baking annular kiln, the other end of the hot smoke pipe is connected with the left sleeve at the left end of the rotary drying furnace and used for introducing hot smoke into the rotary drying furnace. According to the system device, a sludge drying furnace for drying sludge is directly combined with the brick extruding machine and the brick baking annular kiln, so that the process is done atone go, the procedure is simplified, and the land, labor, time, money and transportation are saved compared with a traditional separated treatment mode; and the drying of the sludge utilizes the heatdischarged by the baking annular kiln, so that the energy is greatly saved.
利用污泥烧砖自身热能返回干化污泥后烧制红砖系统装置,由旋转干燥炉、脱水污泥输送带、泥土燃煤输送带、搅拌机、混料输送带、挤砖机、晾干托架、烧砖轮窑、热烟管、进泥器组成,其中,旋转干燥炉左端的左封套外侧中上部设有进泥器;旋转干燥右侧出口处设有脱水污泥输送带、另设有泥土燃煤输送带;搅拌机与泥土燃煤输送带、脱水污泥输送带连接;混料输送带一端与搅拌机相连、另一端与挤砖机相连;挤砖机与晾干托架相连;晾干托架与烧砖轮窑相连;热烟管一端与烧砖轮窑相连、另一端与旋转干燥炉左端左封套连接并将热烟通入旋转干燥炉。本发明直接将干燥污泥的污泥干燥炉与挤砖机和烧砖轮窑联合在一起,一气呵成,工序简化,比传统分开处理方式省地、省工、省时、省钱、省运输;并且污泥的干燥利用了烧制轮窑的排出的热量,十分节能。
