Plastering mortar as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides plastering mortar as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The plastering mortar is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 140 to 160parts of coal ash, 400 to 500 parts of sand, 180 to 220 parts of Portland cement, 80 to 120 parts of ground calcium carbonate powder, 40 to 60 parts of gypsum powder, 10 to 20 parts of rubber powder,3 to 7 parts of lignocellulose, 1 to 3 parts of starch ether and 30 to 40 parts of glass fiber. The plastering mortar disclosed by the invention is prepared by compatibility of used coal ash, sand prepared by crushing concrete blocks and/or bricks of a construction waste treatment station and other components, so that on one hand, the reutilization of waste resources is improved; on the other hand, the plastering mortar prepared according to the formula ratio and a specific plastering process, provided by the invention, is free of hollowing and cracking and high in stability; and besides, theplastering process of the plastering mortar can thin the mortar to 3 to 4 mm, and compared with an existing plastering process, the plastering process provided by invention has the advantages that the thickness of the plastering mortar is greatly reduced, and the living space is increased.
本发明提供了一种抹灰砂浆及其制备方法与应用,所述抹灰砂浆主要由以下原料制得:以质量份数计,煤灰140‑160份、沙400‑500份、硅酸盐水泥180‑220份、重钙粉80‑120份、石膏粉40‑60份、胶粉10‑20份、木质纤维素3‑7份、淀粉醚1‑3份、玻璃纤维30‑40份。本发明的抹灰砂浆通过将使用过的煤灰和建筑垃圾处理站的混泥土块和/或砖块破碎后制得的沙及其他组分进行配伍后制得,一方面提高了废资源的再利用,另一方面按照本发明的配方配比及特定的抹灰工艺制得的抹灰砂浆不空鼓不龟裂,稳定性强。另外,本发明的抹灰砂浆的抹灰工艺能将砂浆抹薄至3‑4mm,相比现有的抹灰工艺,极大了降低了抹砂浆的厚度,增加了居住空间。
