The invention discloses a preparation method of kaolin special for building ceramic rock plates. The preparation method comprises the steps of carrying out jigging classification on southeast coastalweathered residual molding sand kaolin first-grade tailings, taking jigging overflow, carrying out powerful scrubbing on the jigging overflow by a continuous ball mill, carrying out classified desanding by a cyclone, and taking overflow; and subjecting the overflow to stripping, magnetic separation, ore blending, chemical bleaching and filter pressing deacidification treatment to obtain a purifiedproduct, wherein ore blending is that kaolin ore is added into concentrate pulp obtained after magnetic separation to be evenly mixed, and the mass ratio of the concentrate pulp to the kaolin ore is3: 1 to 4: 1. According to the preparation method, the problem that the whiteness is affected by harmful impurities such as ferric oxide and titanium oxide is solved, the blue light whiteness value ofthe prepared product is not lower than 80% after the product is calcined at 1200 DEG C for 3 hours and kept warm for 30 minutes, and the product is stable, can be widely applied to the building ceramic industry, particularly rock plate tiles, and has remarkable economic and social benefits.
本发明公开了一种建筑陶瓷岩板专用高岭土的制备方法,先将东南沿海风化残余型砂质高岭土一级尾砂经跳汰分级后取跳汰溢流,跳汰溢流通过连续球磨机强力擦洗、旋流器分级除砂后取溢流,溢流经剥片、磁选、配矿、化学漂白、压滤脱酸处理后得到提纯的产品,其中,配矿为在磁选后精矿浆料中加入高岭土矿混合均匀,精矿浆料与高岭土矿的质量比为3:1~4:1。此制备方法克服了因氧化铁、氧化钛等有害杂质的存在影响白度的问题,所制得的产品在1200℃下煅烧3小时保温30分钟后蓝光白度值不低于80%,产品稳定,可广泛应用于建筑陶瓷业特别是岩板瓷砖,经济和社会效益显著。
