Ultra-high performance concrete reinforced bridge deck structure and reinforcing method thereof
The invention relates to an ultra-high-performance concrete reinforced bridge deck structure which comprises a reinforced concrete bridge deck slab beam and an ultra-high-performance concrete reinforcing layer, and further designs a reinforcing method of the ultra-high-performance concrete-common concrete laminated bridge deck structure, and the reinforcing method comprises the steps that a common concrete surface layer is chiseled away; and corresponding interface treatment is conducted on the surface, a reinforcing mesh is laid on the common concrete layer, and an ultra-high performance concrete thin layer is poured. The construction condition is simple, the construction speed is high, the high tensile toughness of the material is fully exerted, the anti-cracking performance of the bridge floor in the hogging moment area is effectively improved, and the overall durability is improved. The replacement of the common concrete surface layer with the ultra-high performance concrete thin layer is more economical than the overall replacement, the material utilization rate is high, and the curing process is simple.
本发明涉及一种超高性能混凝土加固的桥面结构,包括钢筋混凝土桥面板梁及超高性能混凝土加固层,本发明还设计上述超高性能混凝土‑普通混凝土叠合桥面结构的加固方法,包括步骤:凿除普通混凝土表层,并对表面进行相应的界面处理,并在普通混凝土层铺设钢筋网,浇筑超高性能混凝土薄层。本发明施工条件简单、施工速度快,充分发挥材料的高抗拉韧性,有效改善负弯矩区桥面抗裂性能并提升整体耐久性。采用超高性能混凝土薄层替换普通混凝土表层也比整体替换具有经济性,材料利用率高,养护工艺简单。
