The miniature water pump comprises a pump body, a pump cover and a motor assembly, the motor assembly comprises a stator and a rotor, the stator is arranged in the pump body, and the rotor is arranged in an inner cavity defined by the stator. A water cavity is formed in the pump cover, an impeller connectedto one end of the rotor is arranged in the water cavity, and the pump cover is further provided with a water inlet communicated with the water cavity in the axial direction and a water outlet communicated with the water cavity in the circumferential direction. The micro water pump is characterized in that the pump cover is further provided with an anti-evacuation water inlet hole, and the anti-evacuation water inlet hole penetrates through the pump cover and is communicated with the water cavity. The micro water pump can avoid the evacuation problem.
