The invention relates to a concrete high pier and a preparation method thereof. The concrete high pier is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: 330 to 350 parts of cement; 40 to 45 parts of fly ash; 40 to 45 parts of mineral powder; 700 to 750 parts of sand; 1050 to 1100 parts of gravel; 160 to 170 parts of water; and 5 to 6 parts of an additive; wherein the sand is a mixture of riversand and machine-made sand, and the preparation process adopts layered in-mold pouring, vibration treatment and moisturizing maintenance after mold removal. According to the invention, under the improved synergistic effect of raw material selection, targeted adjustment of the raw material ratio and targeted preparation steps, the concrete can meet the construction performance of long-distance transportation and high-height pumping, and has the advantages of less high pier bubble content, less chromatic aberration, high glossiness and good durability.
本发明涉及一种混凝土高墩及其制备方法,该混凝土高墩主要由以下原料制备而成:水泥330份~350份;粉煤灰40份~45份;矿粉40份~45份;砂700份~750份;碎石1050份~1100份;水160份~170份;外加剂5份~6份;其中,所述砂为河砂与机制砂的混合物,制备过程采用分层入模浇筑、振捣处理及拆模后的保湿养护。本发明通过原料选择、针对性调整原料配比及针对性制备步骤的改进的协同作用下,使得混凝土不仅能满足远距离运输大高度泵送的施工性能,且制备得到的混凝土高墩气泡含量、色差度都较少,且具有较高的光泽度,且耐久性好。
