Thin-wall high pier concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses thin-wall high-pier concrete and a preparation method thereof. The thin-wall high-pier concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 320-380 parts of cement; 50 to 70 parts of fly ash; 1100 to 1300 parts of coarse aggregate; 700 to 730 parts of fine aggregate; 150 to 160 parts of water; 2-3 parts of an A-type water reducing agent; 2-3 parts of a B-type water reducing agent; 1-2 parts of a slump retaining agent; 3-5 parts of a polymer A; and 4-6 parts of a polymer B. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring and mixing the cement, the fly ash, the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate according to the proportion to obtain a dry material; and adding corresponding parts by weight of water into the dry material, uniformly stirring and mixing, adding corresponding parts by weight of the A-type water reducing agent, the B-type water reducing agent, the slump retaining agent, the polymer A and the polymer B, and continuously and uniformly mixing to obtain the thin-wall high pier concrete. The thin-wall high pier concrete provided by the invention has good mechanical properties, excellent impermeability and comprehensive crack resistance, and relatively excellent overall performance.
本发明公开了一种薄壁高墩混凝土及其制备方法,薄壁高墩混凝土原料包括如下重量份数组分:水泥320‑380份;粉煤灰50‑70份;粗骨料1100‑1300份;细骨料700‑730份;水150‑160份;A型减水剂2‑3份;B型减水剂2‑3份;保坍剂1‑2份;聚合物A 3‑5份;聚合物B 4‑6份。本发明按照上述组分比例将水泥、粉煤灰、粗骨料和细骨料搅拌混合均匀,得到干料;之后将相应重量份数的水加入干料中,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入相应重量份数的A型减水剂、B型减水剂、保坍剂、聚合物A和聚合物B,持续混合均匀,即可得到薄壁高墩混凝土。本发明中的薄壁高墩混凝土具有良好的力学性能,优异的抗渗性能和综合抗裂性能,整体性能较为优异。
