High-strength moisture-proof aerated brick and preparation method thereof

The aerated brick comprises the following materials: 10-20 parts of cement, 20-35 parts of quick lime, 5-15 parts of coal cinder, 3-6 parts of gypsum, 5-8 parts of glass fibers, 2-6 parts of red mud, 0.5-3 parts of aluminum powder, 0.2-1 part of a bubble stabilizer and 4-15 parts of a regulator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the cement, the quick lime, the coal cinder, the gypsum, the glass fibers andthe red mud into a stirrer, adding water, conducting stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding the regulator, the bubble stabilizer and the aluminum powder, conducting stirring for 1-2 minutes to prepare slurry, pouring the slurry into a mold, performing aerating and primary curing, and conducting demolding to obtain the aerated brick. The air holes of the aerated brick are uniformly distributed, so the aerated brick has the characteristics of high compressive strength, high density, low water absorption and good moisture resistance.
