The invention relates to a vibration reduction fastener system capable of resisting transverse torsion and low vertical rigidity of a steel rail. The system mainly comprises an anchor bolt (2), a U-shaped pre-pressing guide sleeve (5), a first-layer base plate (6), a middle elastic plate (7), a second-layer base plate (8) and a coupling plate (9), wherein the first-layer base plate (6) is arrangedbetween an under-rail base plate (10) and the middle elastic plate (7), and a U-shaped boss is arranged on the board, the second-layer base plate (8) is arranged between the middle elastic plate (7)and the coupling plate (9), a U-shaped boss (801) is arranged on the plate, and a U-shaped pre-pressing guide sleeve (5) is arranged between the U-shaped boss (601) and the U-shaped boss (801). Compared with the prior art, the U-shaped pre-pressing guide sleeve (5) is arranged to control transverse displacement of the first-layer base plate (6) and the second-layer base plate (8), so the vibrationreduction fastener can set low vertical rigidity, the system vibration reduction effect is good, and rail traffic vibration noise pollution is reduced.
