The invention relates to a river-crossing construction device for a large-span basket type steel arch bridge heavy tie bar, and the device comprises an anchoring structure, a tensioning end structure,a tensioning machine tool, longitudinal steel strand stressed frameworks and safety passage accessories, wherein the plurality of longitudinal steel strand stressed frameworks are additionally arranged into the anchoring end structure one by one from an arch foot area on one side of a main arch, and are pulled to the tensioning end structure additionally arranged in an arch foot area on the otherside of the main arch, after special anchorage devices are installed at the two ends of each steel strand of the longitudinal steel strand stressed framework, tensioning operation is conducted at thetensioning ends through the tensioning machine tool, the multiple steel strands are made to reach the approximately horizontal state after being tensioned, and a parallel longitudinal stressed framework with a certain width is formed. The safety passage accessories are laid on the parallel longitudinal stressed framework to form a passage with an operator passing function. The construction deviceis reasonable in structure, the construction process is safe and reliable, construction is convenient, the erection period is shortened, the construction quality is improved, and the construction cost is saved.
