Hanging structure for mounting photovoltaic tiles on metal roof
The invention relates to a hanging structure for mounting photovoltaic tiles on a metal roof. The hanging structure comprises an assembly frame connected with a photovoltaic tile and an installation screw, the assembly frame comprises a fixing part fixed at the edge of the photovoltaic tile and a connecting part connected to one side of the fixing part, the connecting part is provided with a screwhole, and the installation screw is arranged in the screw hole. When the photovoltaic tile is installed on the metal roof, the end portion of the screw rod of the installation screw abuts against thelocking edge of the metal roof. A lockrand of the metal roof forms a recess under the abutting action of the mounting screw, and the end part of the screw rod of the mounting screw is tightly matchedwith the recess. According to the invention, the installation process of the photovoltaic tiles can be simplified, material consumption is reduced, the installation cost is reduced, the uniformity ofthe photovoltaic tile and a metal roof is higher after the photovoltaic tile is installed, and a more excellent appearance effect is achieved.
本发明涉及一种光伏瓦片在金属屋面安装时的挂接结构,其包括与光伏瓦片相连接的组件边框和安装螺丝,组件边框包括固定在光伏瓦片边缘的固定部、连接在固定部一侧的连接部,连接部开设有螺孔,安装螺丝设置在螺孔中,当光伏瓦片安装在金属屋面上时,安装螺丝的螺杆端部抵紧金属屋面的锁边。金属屋面的锁边在安装螺丝的抵紧作用下形成凹陷,安装螺丝的螺杆端部与凹陷紧密契合。本发明能够简化光伏瓦片的安装过程,减少材料消耗,降低安装成本,同时光伏瓦片安装后与金属屋面的统一度更好,具有更优秀的外观效果。
