The invention discloses a retard-bonded prestressed FRP bundle steel cylinder concrete pipeline and a production method. The retard-bonded prestressed FRP bundle steel cylinder concrete pipeline comprises a pipeline structure consisting of a glass fiber inner pipe, inner-layer concrete, a sieve mesh type steel cylinder, outer-layer concrete, retard-bonded prestressed FRP bundles and a mortar protective layer; and the two ends of the pipeline structure are respectively provided with a bell mouth steel ring and a spigot steel ring, and an adjustable anti-seepage rubber ring is arranged on the inner wall of the spigot steel ring. According to the retard-bonded prestressed FRP bundle steel cylinder concrete pipeline, through the arrangement of the sieve mesh type steel cylinder, the inner-layer concrete and the outer-layer concrete are mutually fused through round holes to form an internal structure similar to a stud, the connecting performance between the steel cylinder and the concrete is effectively improved, the shear bearing capacity of the pipeline is enhanced, and the pipeline is high in shock resistance and compression resistance, good in durability and good in connector sealing performance; and meanwhile, due to the fact that the retard-bonded prestressed FRP bundles are matched with the mortar protective layer, the pipeline has long service life and good leakproofness, and the pipeline is particularly suitable for long-interval water delivery main lines and underground comprehensive pipe gallery engineering of some major cities.
