The invention discloses a long-span retard-bonded prestressed reinforced concrete structural beam which is of a retard-bonded prestressed concrete structure and comprises a long-span retard-bonded prestressed beam and a prestressed reinforcement auxiliary positioning device, the long-span retard-bonded prestressed beam comprises a frame beam and a frame column, retard-bonded prestressed reinforcements are inserted into the frame beam, and the frame column is connected with the retard-bonded prestressed reinforced concrete structural beam. The retard-bonded prestressed reinforcement comprises a steel strand, a retard-bonded adhesive and a PE sheath, a beam reinforcement playing a role in stress is arranged in the frame beam and comprises a longitudinal bar and a stirrup, the longitudinal bar and the stirrup are connected to form a reinforcement cage of the frame beam, and the prestressed reinforcement auxiliary positioning device is fixedly arranged below the longitudinal bar. The device is used for adjusting the distance between the retard-bonded prestressed reinforcement and the upper end face or the lower end face of the frame beam. According to the invention, a reliable design scheme is provided for the vast number of design and building employees by providing design parameters, design structures and related material characteristic selections required by the retard-bonded prestressed reinforcement long-span beam with the length of 21-24 meters.
