Intelligent rubber sleeper
The invention discloses an intelligent rubber sleeper which comprises a rubber sleeper body, a needle-in type temperature collecting mechanism, a pressure measuring mechanism and an anti-reversing mechanism, the needle-in type temperature collecting mechanism, the pressure measuring mechanism and the anti-reversing mechanism are arranged in the rubber sleeper body, and the rubber sleeper body comprises a sleeper, a steel plate, a rubber mounting plate and a rubber plate which are sequentially fixed from bottom to top. The needle-in type temperature acquisition mechanism is fixed in a preset mounting groove in the center of the rubber mounting plate, the pressure measuring mechanism is fixed on the lower side of the needle-in type temperature acquisition mechanism, and the anti-inversion mechanisms are fixed on the left side and the right side outside the pressure measuring mechanism. According to the device provided by the invention, the temperature detection device and the pressure sensing device are fixed in the rubber sleeper, and relative sliding among all layers caused by rolling of a train is effectively avoided by utilizing the anti-inversion mechanism, so that the safety performance of the device in the using process is guaranteed, and temperature and pressure information is transmitted to an operator in real time; an operator can conveniently count the temperature andpressure information of the device, and the practical use value is extremely high.
本发明公开了一种智能橡胶轨枕,包括橡胶轨枕本体和置于其内部的针入式温度采集机构、压力测定机构和防倒转机构,橡胶轨枕本体包括自下至上顺次固定的轨枕、钢板、橡胶安装板和橡胶板,针入式温度采集机构固定在橡胶安装板中央预设的安装槽内,压力测定机构固定在针入式温度采集机构下侧,防倒转机构固定在压力测定机构外的左右两侧。本发明提供的装置,在橡胶轨枕内固定温度探测装置和压力感应装置,并利用防倒转机构有效避免了因列车碾压造成的各层之间的相对滑动,保障了装置使用过程中的安全性能,将温度和压力信息实时传到操作人员处,便于操作人员统计装置处的温度和压力信息,具有极强的实际使用价值。
