The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit underground diaphragm wall support construction, and discloses a grooving construction method for an annular underground diaphragm wall.The grooving construction method comprises the following steps that 1, the technical requirements and the quality standard are determined, a site is cleaned, and equipment is arranged to enter the site and installed and debugged; 2, I-shaped grooves are constructed, and after concrete of every two adjacent I-shaped grooves reaches certain strength, a II-shaped groove is constructed between every two adjacent I-shaped grooves, wherein the I-shaped grooves are bent by a certain angle, and the II-shaped grooves are flat and straight; 3, after a rotary drilling rig completes hole guiding, an underground diaphragm wall grab bucket or an MC96 groove milling machine is adopted for groove milling construction; 4, after grooving, groove hole perpendicularity detection is conducted; 5, a bottom frame platform is prefabricated according to the special design of an annular groove reinforcement cage, steel bars are laid on the bottom frame platform according to the steel bar variety, length and arrangement spacing of a design drawing, and corners with the same angle as the I-shaped grooves are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the bent positions of the I-shaped grooves, of the reinforcement cage; and 6, a pouring guide pipe is put down, and concrete is poured.
