The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall grooving construction system which comprises a slurry making device, a slurry storage device, a slurry temporary storage device, a grouting device, a construction groove, a slurry return device, a mud-sand separator, a detection device and a waste slurry treatment device which are connected in sequence. Slurry manufactured by the slurry manufacturing device is conveyed to the slurry storage device, the slurry in the slurry storage device is conveyed to the slurry temporary storage device, the slurry in the slurry temporary storage device is pumped out and injected into a construction groove through the slurry injection device, and the slurry in the construction groove is pumped out and conveyed to the slurry-sand separator through the slurry return device. The mud and sand separator separates mud and sand in the mud and conveys the mud from which the mud and sand are separated to the detection device, the qualified mud detected by the detection device is conveyed to the returned mud storage device, and the unqualified mud detected by the detection device is conveyed to the waste mud treatment device.
