According to the device, on the basis of increasing the contact area between the telescopic ladder and the ground, the friction with the ground can be increased, no matter whether the telescopic ladder is erected on a horizontal plane or a slope surface, the possibility of slipping of the telescopic ladder can be effectively reduced, the stability of the telescopic ladder is improved, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
