The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-reducing shrinkage-reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1. carrying out esterification reaction on unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride and a micromolecular alcohol monomer at constant temperature of 120-130 DEG C for 4-7 h under the action of a catalyst, a water-carrying agent and a polymerization inhibitor, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation to obtain a shrinkage-reducing monomer; s2, carrying out esterification reaction on unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride and hydroxyl-terminated silane for 6-12 h at the constant temperature of 110-130 DEG C under the action of the catalyst, the water-carrying agent and the polymerization inhibitor, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation to obtain a defoaming monomer; s3, performing free radical polymerization on the unsaturated carboxylic acid, the unsaturated macromonomer, the shrinkage-reducing monomer and the defoaming monomer for 4-7h at the constant temperature of 60-75 DEG C under the action of the initiator and a chain transfer agent; and S4, adjusting the pH value to 5-6 with alkali liquor, and adding water to obtain the water-reducing shrinkage-reducing agent with different mass concentrations.
