The invention discloses a modified polyaspartic acid shrinkage-reducing type water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. According to the modified polyaspartic acid shrinkage-reducing waterreducing agent, polysuccinimide is used as a polymer main chain, and an amino-terminated hydrophobic modified polyether monomer and a sulfamate monomer are introduced into the molecular structure ofthe polysuccinimide at the same time. According to the invention, modified polyaspartic acid is used as an additive in the field of concrete, and modified long side chain polyether having hydrophobicterminal and capable of remarkably reducing the surface tension of a pore solution and providing a steric hindrance effect and a sulfonic group capable of improving the electronegativity of the main chain are introduced into the main chain of polyaspartic acid at the same time, so that the modified polyaspartic acid has water reducing and shrinkage reducing functions, has biodegradability, and isan environment-friendly concrete additive.
本发明公开了一种改性聚天冬氨酸减缩型减水剂及其制备方法。本发明所述改性聚天冬氨酸减缩型减水剂是以聚琥珀酰亚胺作为聚合物主链,将一端以氨基封端的疏水改性聚醚单体和氨基磺酸盐单体同时引入聚琥珀酰亚胺的分子结构中。本发明将改性聚天冬氨酸作为一种添加剂在混凝土领域使用,向聚天冬氨酸主链中同时引入可显著降低孔溶液表面张力及提供空间位阻效应的端疏水改性长侧链聚醚和能够提高主链电负性的磺酸基,使得改性后的聚天冬氨酸不但同时具有减水与减缩功能,且具有生物可降解性,是一种环境友好型混凝土添加剂。
