Water-reducing polymer shrinkage reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a water-reducing polymer shrinkage reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, the shrinkage reducing agent is prepared in one step by using unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether monomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid and low surface tension monomer with polymerization activity as raw materials under the action of an initiator and a chain transfer agent and adopting a gradual dropwise adding mode through aqueous solution free radical copolymerization. The obtained shrinkage reducing agent can obviously improve the fluidity of cement paste under the condition that the mixing amount is less than or equal to 0.1 percent based on the mass of cement. The shrinkage reducing agent can reduce the surface tension of a cement paste extraction pore solution by 39.2%-42.5%. The shrinkage reducing agent can effectively reduce the self-shrinkage and drying shrinkage of cement mortar under the condition that the mixing amount is less than or equal to 0.1% in terms of the mass of cement, the self-shrinkage rate in 3 days is reduced by 41.72%-53.97%, and the drying shrinkage rate in 56 days is reduced by 20.64%-29.61%. And the addition of the shrinkage reducing agent has small negative effects on early compressive strength and is beneficial to later compressive strength.
一种减水型聚合物减缩剂及其制备方法,该减缩剂以不饱和聚氧乙烯醚单体、不饱和羧酸和具有聚合活性的低表面张力单体为原料,在引发剂和链转移剂的作用下,采用逐渐滴加方式,通过水溶液自由基共聚反应一步制成。所得的减缩剂在按水泥质量计≤0.1%的掺量下,可显著提高水泥浆体的流动度。该减缩剂可使水泥浆体提取孔溶液的表面张力降低39.2%‑42.5%。在按水泥质量计≤0.1%的掺量下,该减缩剂可以有效降低水泥砂浆的自收缩和干燥收缩,3天自收缩率降低41.72%‑53.97%,56天干燥收缩率降低20.64%‑29.61%。且该减缩剂的掺入对早期抗压强度的负面影响较小,对后期抗压强度有利。
