The invention discloses a pressure-resistant buffering steel formwork mechanism for roads and bridges and a buffering method thereof. The pressure-resistant buffering steel formwork mechanism comprises a formwork base, pressure-resistant plates arranged above the formwork base at certain intervals, a first buffer spring arranged between the formwork base and the pressure-resistant plates, an abutting push rod vertically arranged on the formwork base in a sliding mode, a transmission assembly arranged between the abutting push rod and the pressure-resistant plates, and a second buffer spring arranged above the abutting push rod. The pressure-resistant plates are buffered through the first buffer spring when being subjected to external stamping, so that the pressure of the template base is effectively reduced, the abutting push rod is driven to move upwards through the transmission assembly in the process that the pressure-resistant plates are stressed and pressed downwards, and the pressures of the pressure-resistant plates are released under buffering and impacting of the second buffer spring. Therefore, the steel formwork mechanism has the effect of multiple times of buffering, and the compression resistance effect of the steel formwork mechanism is greatly improved.
