The mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of cement, 2 to 5 parts of hydrated calcium silicate whisker, 0.1 to 1 part of an early strength agent, 5 to 10 parts of gypsum, 5 to 10 parts of aluminate cement, 35 to 60 parts of graded sand, 1 to 3 parts of latex powder, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.4 part of a defoaming agent, 0.03 to 0.1 part of cellulose, and 0.03 to 0.2 part of a plastic expanding agent. The mortar disclosed by the invention not only has the properties of early strength, high flow state, low shrinkage, good homogeneity, high degree of finish and the like, but also has good compressive strength and fluidity.
