Stepless height adjustment method for large-stroke height adjustment
The invention discloses a stepless height adjustment method for large-stroke height adjustment. The method comprises the following steps: S1, coarse adjustment: if a support device and a structural member are separated, plugging a single-layer or multi-layer base plate between the support device and the structural member for coarse adjustment according to the separation degree; if no disengaging gap exists between the supporting device and the structural part and height adjustment is needed, installing a temporary support on the side face of the support device, applying a load to the temporary support according to requirements to jack the structural part up to the required elevation, and plugging a single-layer or multi-layer base plate between the supporting device and the structural part for coarse adjustment; s2, after rough adjustment is completed, fixing the base plate; s3, performing stepless fine adjustment on the height of the supporting device through relative sliding of the two wedge-shaped load converters till the support device reaches the set bearing and/or elevation; the method is used for simply and rapidly achieving large-stroke height adjustment, meets the requirements of bridges, traffic and constructional engineering, saves manpower and material resources and improves the adjusting efficiency.
本发明公开了一种用于大行程高度调节的无级调高方法,包括以下步骤:S1:粗调:若在支撑装置与结构件出现脱空时,根据脱空程度,在支撑装置与结构件之间塞入单层或多层垫板进行粗调;若在支撑装置与结构件未出现脱空间隙而需要高度调节时,支撑装置侧面安装临时支撑,按要求对临时支撑施加载荷顶升结构件,至要求高程,向支撑装置与结构件之间塞入单层或者多层垫板进行粗调;S2:粗调完成后对垫板进行固定;S3:通过两楔形荷载转换器相对滑动对支撑装置高度进行无级微调,直至支撑装置达到设定承载和/或高程;本发明用以简单快速的实现大行程的高度调节,满足桥梁、交通、建筑工程的需求,节约人力物力,提高调节效率。
