Double-shell single-pile foundation and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind power engineering, and discloses a double-shell single-pile foundation and a mounting method thereof. The double-shell single-pile foundation comprises an inner shell, an outer shell arranged on the outer side of the inner shell in a sleeving mode and a longitudinal connecting plate arranged between the inner shell and the outer shell, wherein a top sealing plate is arranged between the inner side wall of the outer shell and the outer side wall of the inner shell; the lower end of the inner shell extends out of an opening in the lower end of the outer shell; and a bottom sealing plate is arranged between the opening in the lower end of the outer shell and the outer side wall of the inner shell. According to the double-shell single-pile foundation, the end area of a single pile is changed by adjusting the distance between the inner shell and the outer shell, and the phenomena of excessive self-sinking and pile slipping of the single pile can be effectively avoided in a soft seabed site mainly made of clay; and meanwhile, a traditional single pile is upgraded into a double-shell single-pile structure, the flexural rigidity of the section of the single-pile structure is higher, thus, the natural vibration frequency of the whole structure meets the requirements of fan manufacturers, and the application range of the single-pile foundation technical scheme is widened.
本发明涉及海上风电工程技术领域,公开了一种双壳单桩基础及其安装方法,包括内壳、套设于所述内壳外侧的外壳以及设置于所述内壳和所述外壳之间的纵向连接板,所述外壳内侧壁和所述内壳的外侧壁之间设置有顶封板,所述内壳的下端从所述外壳的下端的开口处伸出,所述外壳的下端开口和所述内壳的外侧壁之间设置有底封板,本发明实施例的双壳单桩基础,通过调整内外壳间距,改变单桩端部面积,在以粘土为主的软质海床场址,可以有效避免单桩自沉过大和溜桩现象,同时,将传统的单桩升级为双壳单桩结构,使单桩结构截面的抗弯刚度更大,从而保证整个结构的自振频率满足风机厂家的要求,扩大单桩基础技术方案的应用范围。
