Offshore wind turbine double-shell single-pile foundation and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses anoffshore wind turbine double-shell single-pile foundation and a mounting method thereof. The foundation comprises an outer shell, an inner shell, annular ribs, longitudinal ribs, a pile top flange and blade type longitudinal ribs. The inner shell is arranged in the outer shell, a preset gap is kept between the inner shell and the outer shell to form a pile body, a pile cap used for containing a pile hammer is preset at the top end of the inner shell, the pile top flange is arranged at the top of the pile body, and the multiple annular ribs and the multiple longitudinal ribs are sequentially arranged in the gap at intervals from top to bottom. A plurality of watertight cabins used for being filled with concrete or seawater are formed, and the blade type longitudinal ribs are arranged at the bottom end of the pile body. The limitation of the ratio of the diameter to the wall thickness of a circular hollow section is broken through, and for a super-large-diameter single pile, a plate with smaller thickness can be used, so that the weight of the single pile is effectively reduced, and the economical efficiency is improved; and the friendliness of a manufacturing process and an offshore construction process is considered, so that the dependence on construction resources is reduced, and batch implementation is facilitated.
