High-strength recycled concrete and production process thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses high-strength recycled concrete and a production process thereof. The high-strength recycled concrete is prepared from, by weight, 45-50 parts of cement, 15-20 parts of water, 10-15 parts of coal ash, 90-120 parts of compound recycled aggregate and 8-12 parts of a water reducing agent, wherein the compound recycled aggregate is prepared by mixing and crushing pebbles and recycled aggregate according to a mass ratio of (2-3): (10-13). The pebbles and the recycled aggregate are mixed and crushed to prepare the recycled aggregate, and sharp edges and corners existing on the surface of the recycled aggregate are ground, so that the surface structure of the recycled concrete material is improved, and a good compact structure is formed after concrete is filled with the recycled material; and therefore, the mechanical property and the mechanical strength of the recycled concrete material are improved.
