Recycled concrete and production process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete manufacturing, and particularly discloses recycled concrete and a production process thereof. The recycled concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 350-450 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 180-250 parts of cement, 250-300 parts of fine aggregate, 85-110 parts of water, 15-30 parts of closed cell perlite, 20-38 parts of hydroxy propyl cellulose and 2-5 parts of water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the recycled coarse aggregate: crushing the waste concrete waste, washing with water, removing dust on the surface of the crushed waste concrete waste, and drying to prepare the recycled coarse aggregate for later use; and preparation of the recycled concrete: dissolving hydroxy propyl cellulose in water to prepare a hydroxy propyl cellulose aqueous solution, and stirring the recycled coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate, the closed cell perlite, the water reducing agent, the cement and the hydroxy propyl cellulose aqueous solution together to prepare the recycled concrete. The recycled concrete provided by the invention has the advantages of relatively good compressive strength and water seepage resistance.
